Crafted by Concord & 9th offers global shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and other third-party shippers.

SHIPPING TIMES

We aim to ship orders within three (3) business days from the time the order is received. However, during promotions, sales, new product releases, and other peak periods, shipping times may increase. We are a small but mighty team and we work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible! 

SHIPPING METHODS

We use USPS and other third-party shippers for all deliveries. For customers who need faster delivery, we offer USPS Priority Shipping, which provides quicker shipping times based on your location and the weight of your package.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

REFUNDS

REFUND POLICY
Crafted by Concord & 9th has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be 

  • Unused and in original packaging.
  • In the same condition you received it.
  • Currently carried in our store.
  • Purchased directly from Crafted by Concord & 9th.

Items for exchange and those that have surpassed the 60-day return policy—that meet the return conditions above—may be exchanged/returned for store credit in the amount of the original purchase price.

Before returning or exchanging your item(s), please email hello@craftedbyc9.com with your ORDER NUMBER and NAME OF THE PRODUCT(S) you want to return or exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging products.

Please allow adequate time for us to receive your returned product(s); delivery times will vary based on your location. We recommend using a traceable delivery method; Concord & 9th is not responsible for any returns lost in transit, and we will not issue refunds for returns lost in transit.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that are opened or used
  • Retired products
  • Downloadable content (gift cards and digital products)

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange, but may only be exchanged for the same item.

To exchange your defective or damaged item, send an email to Customer Service at hello@craftedbyc9.com with

  • Photo(s) of the defective or damaged product(s).
  • Order number.

Upon receipt of the email, our Customer Service team will contact you with any further instructions and/or questions.

 

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
